CrazyGames.com, one of the world’s largest casual gaming platforms, is looking for a (full or hybrid) remote Product Manager in Europe. Your responsibility will be to create the greatest gaming experience for our users. You’ll report to the Vice-president of Product and will work closely with product, data, engineering and marketing teams. CrazyGames is already used by more than 3 million users per day, and we’re now ready to bring it to the next level and compete with the major gaming platforms in the world.On a typical day you might:* Define and implement a social/gamification strategy with our product designer and game devs.* Onboard games on the newest features in our SDK.* Stay on top of new browser features that can be used to build new functionality and improve game performance.* Write and finetune feature specifications to improve the user gaming experience on mobile devices.* Leverage our vast amount of data to improve our game catalog:* Detect broken or underperforming games on a large scale.* Guide the business team on promising game genres and game concepts, as well as on technical game requirements.Key outcomes for the role:* Within 1 month, you have a good understanding of the current product, participate meaningfully in plannings, and have created your first product tickets.* Within 3 months, you are contributing meaningful ideas to improve our platform retention based on user interviews/testing sessions you participate in* Within 6 months, you have worked out and fully planned a major product improvement* Within 12 months, the gaming experience has been meaningfully improved thanks to product improvements that you have led from start to finishWhat we offer:* Join the product team alongside product manager, designer and our data team* Work with our elite engineering team of 15+ experienced engineers* A modern tech stack on a massive scale (over 300,000,000 gameplays per month across device types from users across the globe)* A lot of responsibility and freedom. You have an attention to detail.* You like open, efficient, and to-the-point communication and you have experience in working remotely.
