Job Summary
As a Product Manager—Growth at Gojek, you will be responsible for shaping and driving the product vision and roadmap, with a primary focus on optimizing promotional spend to maximize efficiency and return on investment. You will collaborate with Business, Data Science, Design, and Engineering teams, as well as other Product Managers. This role involves strategic thinking and hands-on execution, tackling high-level problems with meticulous attention to detail in implementation. You will manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features that boost growth and enhance promotional efficiency. Gathering product ideas, defining requirements, writing specifications, creating wireframes, and iterating based on feedback are key responsibilities. You will also design adaptable solutions for diverse business needs, act as a point of clarity for development teams and stakeholders, and analyze feature performance using data-driven insights to understand adoption and impact, continuously refining features to address user and merchant pain points. Building strong cross-team partnerships and managing the product roadmap in alignment with business priorities are essential.

What You Will Do
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features that drive growth and improve promotional efficiency.
- Gather product ideas and stakeholder feedback, define clear product requirements, write specs, create wireframes/workflows, and iterate based on continuous feedback.
- Design configurable, adaptable solutions that cater to diverse business needs across multiple markets and product lines.
- Act as the key point of clarity for development teams and stakeholders—communicating feature requirements, expected impact, and go-to-market strategies to drive effective adoption.
- Analyze feature performance using data-driven insights to understand adoption and impact, continuously refining features to better solve user and merchant pain points.
- Build strong partnerships across teams to understand their goals and convert them into product solutions that drive business impact.
- Define, prioritize, and manage the product roadmap in alignment with business priorities, balancing short-term wins with long-term scalability.
- Foster a culture of experimentation, learning, and iteration to ensure our growth strategies are continually optimized for impact.
What You Will Need
- At least 6 years of product management experience, with a strong track record of delivering impactful products. Prior experience working with Data Products or Data Science teams is highly preferred.
- Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills—able to break down complex problems into actionable steps and data-driven decisions.
- Experience working within an Objectives and Key Results (OKR) framework to set clear goals and track progress.
- Data-driven mindset with proven experience analyzing product performance, defining success metrics, and driving experimentation (e.g., A/B testing).
- Strong strategic and organizational skills—able to manage multiple priorities while aligning stakeholders around a clear product vision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to foster effective collaboration across diverse teams.
- Familiarity with agile development processes and experience driving productivity within distributed teams is a plus.
