Glean is seeking a Product Manager for Horizontal Experiences to enhance the product's value for specific user personas and departments. The role involves improving and building new user experiences for Glean Search & Chat, creating world-class UIs, and working with AI-native tech stacks, knowledge graphs, and LLMs. Responsibilities include fine-tuning user interaction channels like mobile and desktop, deeply understanding customer needs, developing product roadmaps, empowering the team, driving customer-focused decisions, coordinating with leadership and go-to-market teams, and building scalable processes. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of B2B SaaS product management experience, a strong technical and analytical background, excellent communication skills, a proven track record of ownership and delivery, effective collaboration, and a growth mindset.

About the Role:

As the Product Manager, you will deepen Glean’s product value for specific personas, departments and use cases.

You will:

  • Improve and build new user experiences which drive repeat usage scale horizontally across Glean Search & Chat
  • Demonstrated expertise across entire product management stack-  creating products with exceptional, world-class UIs which showcase your product craftsmanship, coupled with ability to work with and understand AI native tech stacks, knowledge graphs and LLMs
  • Fine tune and grow different channels where users interact with Glean including mobile, desktop and Glean companion
  • Spending a lot of time with our customers to deeply understand their knowledge needs
  • Developing key parts of our product roadmap, marrying customers’ needs with our product vision
  • Empowering your team by giving context, setting direction, and building alignment
  • Driving customer-focused decisions, clear prioritization, and efficient execution
  • Coordinating cross-functionally with with leadership, go-to-market teams, and other key stakeholders across the company
  • Building processes that will scale as our team and company go through rapid growth

About You:

  • You have 6+ years of experience as a product manager at a B2B SaaS company. Experience working on collaboration, productivity, or ML/ranking tools is a plus.
  • You have a strong technical background and excel at analytical thinking
  • You are an excellent written and verbal communicator
  • You have a proven track record of taking ownership, taking initiative, and delivering results
  • You collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners
  • You have a learning and growth mindset
  • You are mission-first and understand that your success is measured by your product and team’s success

Location: 

  • This role is hybrid (3 days a week in either our San Francisco or Palo Alto office)
