Job Summary

Loyalty Juggernaut is seeking a Product Engineer (2026 Grads.) to join their Engineering team in Hyderabad, Telangana. This role involves owning the end-to-end software development lifecycle, including technical design, implementation, deployment, support, and optimization of AI-driven SaaS solutions. The engineer will collaborate with business and product teams, tackle complex technical challenges, build highly functional cutting-edge product features, and continuously improve product performance and user experience for GRAVTY®, their loyalty platform, which connects over 400 million members globally.

Must Have

  • Collaborate with the Business teams, Product teams and Clients to understand business scenarios and customer pain points
  • Tackle complex technical challenges and build highly functional cutting-edge product features
  • Own the complete product delivery across the full tech stack
  • Continuously improving product performance and user experience
  • Bachelor's degree in CS/IT Engineering, class of 2026
  • Min. 7 CGPA score with no backlogs
  • Excellent programming skills
  • Strong academic performance in data structures and algorithms
  • Demonstratable programming and application skills in academic projects
  • Confident communication skills

As an intern transitioning to a full-time role, you will own the end-to-end software development lifecycle, including technical design, implementation, deployment, support, and optimization of software solutions.

You will

  • Collaborate with the Business teams, Product teams and Clients to understand business scenarios and customer pain points
  • Tackle complex technical challenges and build highly functional cutting-edge product features
  • Own the complete product delivery across the full tech stack
  • Continuously improving product performance and user experience

To be successful in this role, you should be a meritorious student from a college of repute and have,

  • Bachelor's degree in CS/IT Engineering, class of 2026
  • Min. 7 CGPA score with no backlogs
  • Excellent programming skills.
  • Strong academic performance in data structures and algorithms.
  • Demonstratable programming and application skills in academic projects- Java/Python/Rest APIs/PostgreSQL/ AI-ML/Mobile Development/similar.
  • Confident communication skills
