Job Description

Loyalty Juggernaut is seeking a Product Engineer (JAVA) for its Partnerships Team in Hyderabad. This role involves revolutionizing customer loyalty through AI-driven SaaS solutions, specifically with the GRAVTY® product. The engineer will design, develop, and maintain high-quality, integration-ready applications using Java and related technologies, focusing on partner integrations and contributing to the evolution of the Integration Framework. The role also includes exploration, prototyping, cloud/DevOps enablement, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver seamless integration experiences.
Good To Have:
  • Experiment with emerging tools and frameworks such as Python, Django, React, or others based on use case.
  • Support building custom connectors and adapters using RESTful APIs, JSON, and webhooks.
  • Stay updated with new frameworks, cloud offerings, and API standards to continuously enhance integration capabilities.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies (Python, React, Django, Node.js, etc.).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS services.
Must Have:
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, integration-ready applications using Java and related technologies.
  • Explore and implement partner integrations through APIs and SDKs.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the Integration Framework.
  • Perform POCs and technical feasibility studies for new integrations and partner technologies.
  • Leverage AWS services (Lambda, S3, API Gateway, RDS, CloudWatch) for scalable and secure deployments.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to optimize CI/CD pipelines and integration monitoring.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and Partner Success to deliver seamless integration experiences.
  • Participate in code reviews, promote best practices, and maintain high-quality engineering standards.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1 to 2+ years of hands-on experience in Java / Spring Boot development.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and microservices architecture.
  • Experience with Git or similar version control systems and CI/CD pipeline.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

What You Will OWN

Partner Integrations & Product Development

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, integration-ready applications using Java and related technologies.
  • Explore and implement partner integrations (e.g., Adobe, Shopify, VTEX, AWS, Braze, Cendyn, etc.,) through APIs and SDKs.
  • Contribute to the evolution of our Integration Framework, ensuring flexibility, modularity, and reusability.

Exploration & Prototyping

  • Perform POCs and technical feasibility studies for new integrations and partner technologies.
  • Experiment with emerging tools and frameworks such as Python, Django, React, or others based on use case.
  • Support building custom connectors and adapters using RESTful APIs, JSON, and webhooks.

Cloud & DevOps Enablement

  • Leverage AWS services (Lambda, S3, API Gateway, RDS, CloudWatch) for scalable and secure deployments.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to optimize CI/CD pipelines and integration monitoring.

Collaboration & Delivery

  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and Partner Success to deliver seamless integration experiences.
  • Participate in code reviews, promote best practices, and maintain high-quality engineering standards.

Continuous Learning

What We Are Looking For
