Job Summary
Loyalty Juggernaut (LJI) is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end GRAVTY® (AI-powered SaaS) implementations for enterprise clients. This role involves coordinating cross-functional Agile teams, ensuring alignment with business goals, and driving consistent, high-quality delivery outcomes. The manager will be responsible for project execution, client consulting, and fostering customer success in a fast-paced environment.
Must Have
- Lead end-to-end GRAVTY® implementation projects within scope, timelines, and budget.
- Oversee loyalty program configuration and integration with client systems.
- Ensure go-live readiness and coordinate cross-functional activities.
- Proactively manage stakeholder expectations, dependencies, risks, and change controls.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure SLA adherence.
- Track progress, team velocity, and delivery metrics for process improvements.
- Possess an MBA degree complemented by an Engineering degree (CS/IT preferred).
- Have prior 2-3 years of experience in the IT industry.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Exhibit leadership, team management, empathy, delegation, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Show excellent organization, time management, attention to detail, prioritization, and multitasking.
- Maintain high customer orientation, fostering trust and managing expectations.
- Capable of managing risks, dependencies, and complex timelines.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

About the Role:
The Delivery Manager is responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end delivery of GRAVTY® implementations, ensuring seamless execution across client engagements. This role combines delivery ownership, client consulting, Agile leadership, and cross-functional coordination to drive measurable business outcomes and customer success.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Delivery & Execution
- Lead and Manage end-to-end GRAVTY® implementation projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timelines, and budget.
- Oversee loyalty program configuration and integration with client systems, ensuring smooth deployment.
- Ensure go-live readiness, coordinating cross-functional activities for successful rollout.
- Proactively manage stakeholder expectations, dependencies, risks, and change controls.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure adherence to SLAs.
- Track progress, team velocity, and delivery metrics to identify and implement process improvements.
Delivery Excellence Metrics
- Consistent delivery of projects on time, within scope, and within approved budgets.
- Improved delivery predictability, accuracy of effort estimates, and overall execution efficiency.
- Enhanced team performance, collaboration, and accountability resulting in smoother delivery cycles.
- High levels of client satisfaction and strong positive feedback from internal and external stakeholders.
- Successful and stable go-lives, enabled by thorough readiness planning, cross-team coordination, and risk management.
Client Consulting & Strategy
- Conduct detailed client discovery sessions to analyze requirements, uncover pain points, and define measurable KPIs.
- Develop business cases, market assessments, and feasibility analyses to support customer decision-making.
- Collaborate with Product Management to influence the roadmap and support delivery of high-impact, customer-centric features.
- Develop product marketing assets such as white papers, case studies, and executive-ready presentations.
- Support go-to-market initiatives, ensuring alignment with market needs and product positioning.
About You :
We seek an exceptional individual who has
- An MBA degree complemented by an Engineering degree (CS/IT preferred) with prior 2-3 years of experience(MUST) in an IT industry.
