Job Summary

Loyalty Juggernaut (LJI) is seeking a Senior Pre-Sales Specialist to join their team in Hyderabad, Telangana. The role involves providing technical expertise and support to the sales team, understanding client needs, articulating product solutions, and demonstrating how LJI's AI-powered SaaS platform, GRAVTY®, can meet specific business requirements. The specialist will collaborate with clients, create proposals, conduct product demonstrations, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Must Have

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and assess technical requirements of potential clients.
  • Create customized proposals and respond to RFPs/RFQs based on client needs.
  • Provide technical support during sales, including responding to technical queries and facilitating proof-of-concept trials.
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Engage with clients to answer technical questions, address concerns, and build strong relationships.
  • Collaborate with clients to align solutions with their goals and deliver results.
  • Ensure seamless experiences that build trust, loyalty, and lasting relationships.
  • Maximize client value by showcasing how products transform operations.
  • Advocate relentlessly to meet/exceed clients’ expectations.
  • Master the Tech Trends to provide meaningful insights or recommendations.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams.
  • MBA(Mktg/Analytics) from a premier B School.
  • Possess exceptional analytical and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel /and other IT Tools.
  • Is a Self-Starter and exhibits high motivation and independence in achieving goals.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
  • Experience in customer success or account management, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Exceptional organizational and relationship-building skills.
  • A relentless focus on delivering value and ensuring client satisfaction.

Good to Have

  • Engineering background in CS/IT OR Mass Communication

About the Role:

As a Senior Pre-Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our sales process by providing technical expertise and support to our sales team. You will collaborate with potential clients to understand their needs, articulate product or service solutions, and show how our Loyalty offerings can meet their specific business requirements.

To be successful in the role, you need to develop a deep understanding of our GRAVTY® product, including its features, functionalities, benefits, and technical specifications. You should stay informed about industry trends, technology advancements, and competitor products to effectively position our Loyalty solutions in the market.

You'll:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and assess the technical requirements of potential clients.
  • Create customized proposals and respond to RFPs/RFQs based on client needs, including cost estimates, timelines, and project scope and communicate the value proposition that LJI can bring to the table.
  • Provide technical support during sales, including responding to technical queries and facilitating proof-of-concept trials.
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase how our offerings address client challenges and deliver value.
  • Engage with clients to answer technical questions, address concerns, and build strong relationships.
  • Collaborate with clients to align solutions with their goals and deliver results.
  • Ensure seamless experiences that build trust, loyalty, and lasting relationships.
  • Maximize client value by showcasing how our products transform their operations.
  • Advocate relentlessly to meet/exceed clients’ expectations.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer success, to ensure alignment and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

About You :

We are seeking a proactive, dynamic, and results-driven individual who

  • MBA(Mktg/Analytics) from a premier B School; Engineering background in CS/IT OR Mass Communication would be an added advantage
  • Possess exceptional analytical and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel /and other IT Tools.
  • Is a Self-Starter and exhibits high motivation and independence in achieving goals.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, capable of inspiring trust and excitement in every interaction.
  • Experience in customer success or account management, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Exceptional organizational and relationship-building skills with a knack for translating complex challenges into actionable solutions.
