Position Summary

We’re looking for Presales Consultants who can comfortably “live in both worlds” – diving into the product to understand how it works, and then stepping back to explain it simply and convincingly to clients.

You’ll support sales cycles by:

  • Learning the GRAVTY® platform inside and out
  • Delivering engaging demos tailored to each prospect
  • Asking smart questions to uncover client needs and pain points
  • Translating those needs into relevant use cases and configurations in the product

This is an ideal role for someone with 1–3 years of relevant experience (or an exceptional recent graduate) who has strong communication skills, high energy, and a genuine hunger to learn enterprise software and the loyalty space.

Key Responsibilities

Product Demos & Storytelling

  • Deliver live and virtual demonstrations of the GRAVTY platform to prospects and partners.
  • Adjust demos on the fly based on the conversation, questions, and the room’s energy.
  • Help turn complex capabilities into clear, client-relevant stories and use cases.

Discovery & Needs Analysis

  • Participate in discovery calls and workshops with prospects.
  • Ask thoughtful, structured questions to understand their current programs, technology stack, and pain points.
  • Capture and document requirements so sales, product, and delivery teams are aligned.

Solution Shaping

  • Work with sales and product teams to map client needs to GRAVTY features and configurations.
  • Help create simple solution outlines, demo scripts, and “day in the life” flows that bring the platform to life for each prospect.

Demo Environment & Use Case Setup

  • Configure demo environments with relevant data, offers, and journeys ahead of key meetings.
  • Keep demo scenarios fresh, realistic, and aligned to target industries (airlines, hotels, retail, banking, etc.).

Sales Support & Enablement

  • Assist with RFP responses, presentations, and product sections of proposals.
  • Provide feedback from the field to product and marketing on what prospects are asking for and how competitors are positioning themselves.

Continuous Learning

  • Stay current on new GRAVTY releases and features; become a go-to person for “how it works” in specific areas.
  • Build a working understanding of loyalty mechanics, martech stacks, and adjacent technologies.

Qualifications & Skills

Must-have:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Engineering, or similar).
  • 1–3 years of professional experience in a client-facing, analytical, or tech-adjacent role (exceptional recent graduates with strong internships and clear presales potential will be considered).
  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills; comfortable speaking with clients over Google meets and in person.
  • Genuine curiosity about how software works and the confidence to click around, explore, and learn.
  • Ability to listen carefully, take structured notes, and turn conversations into clear next steps.
  • High energy, coachable, and hungry to learn both the product and the loyalty industry.
  • Comfort with basic tools: PowerPoint/Keynote, Excel, and modern web apps.

Nice-to-have (a plus, not a requirement):

  • Exposure to SaaS, martech, CRM, loyalty, or analytics.
  • Experience in a sales support, business analyst, customer success, or consulting role.
  • Familiarity with basic technical concepts (APIs, integrations, data fields, etc.).
  • Experience doing product demos, campus presentations, or similar public-facing activities.

Why Join Us

  • Learn fast, grow fast: You’ll get hands-on exposure to enterprise deals, senior clients, and real-world use cases early in your career.
  • Cutting-edge product: Work with a modern, AI-driven loyalty platform that’s being recognized by top analyst firms.
  • Hybrid role: Mix of product, client interaction, storytelling, and light solutioning—perfect for someone who wants more than a pure “sales” or pure “technical” role.
  • Impact and visibility: As one of the first presales hires in the U.S., you’ll help shape how we run demos, discovery, and solution presentations going forward.
  • Global exposure: Collaborate with colleagues and clients across North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM
