Job Description

Apple is seeking a passionate Product Manager to shape the future of recruiting technology. This role involves partnering with business and engineering teams to design, build, and improve tools for attracting, evaluating, and hiring talent. The position requires a mix of product management expertise, recruiting technology domain knowledge, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills, focusing on scalable, user-friendly solutions at the intersection of product strategy, engineering, recruiting operations, and compliance.
Must have:
  • Translate recruiting business needs into clear product requirements that improve efficiency, compliance, and create an exceptional candidate experience
  • Partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to design, deliver, and continuously improve ATS features and integrations
  • Manage the full product lifecycle — from research and requirements gathering to launch, adoption, and ongoing optimization
  • Anticipate and manage upstream and downstream dependencies across multiple systems and stakeholders
  • Facilitate complex discussions by uncovering the “why” behind requests and driving decisions that balance business and technical tradeoffs
  • Visualize concepts in real time (slides, whiteboards, documents) to clarify options and capture decisions
  • Communicate effectively across audiences — from executives to recruiters to engineers — building alignment and trust
  • Ensure recruiting processes and tools meet compliance requirements, while designing user-friendly solutions and intuitive workflows
  • Maintain a problem-solving mindset and proactively address blockers to keep projects on track
  • Collaborate across time zones (Pacific time and India) as part of a global team
  • 5+ years of HR technology product management experience, including hands-on delivery with engineering teams
  • Experience in an in-house recruiting product or process role designing and implementing cross-system recruiting processes from design through delivery, including ongoing support and continuous improvement
  • Strong ability to analyze and manage cross-functional dependencies (business, technical and legal/regulatory)
  • Track record of driving clarity in ambiguous situations and enabling quick, informed tradeoff decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority, build consensus, and drive decisions across diverse teams and leadership levels
  • Skilled at listening to stakeholders and translating requests into solutions that solve the underlying business problems
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with varied stakeholders (executives, recruiters, hiring managers, engineering, operations, legal, privacy, etc.)

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $127,900 and $237,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You’ll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses — including tuition.
