Must have:
  • Develop complex scope business & marketing plans.
  • Assess market penetration and product positioning to drive competitive advantage, revenue and market share.
  • Recommend investment decisions for new product development.
  • Conduct complex competitive analysis for specific products or product lines.
  • Drive Red Team Analysis.
  • Assist with complex pricing strategies to build and protect a leadership position in market share.
  • Enhance profit margins and develop marketing tools for successful product introductions.
  • Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing and Sales to develop new products and enhance existing products.
  • Communicate critical market needs and time requirements.
  • Understand technical and business environments.
  • Assist with the development of strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Support the Field to ensure synergistic account approaches and optimization of all opportunities for account partnership and penetration.
  • Manage release of complex products through the end of their product life cycle.
Good to have:
  • 7-10 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
  • Direct, hands-on experience working with semiconductor equipment/tools.
  • Experience as Field Service Engineers or Process Engineers.
  • Deep understanding of semiconductor manufacturing environments, tool functionality, and process optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analytics.
  • Ability to work with relevant tools and perform meaningful analysis.
  • Ability to extract insights, identify trends, and support strategic pricing decisions.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Deep understanding of technical and business environments within the semiconductor space.
  • Ability to interpret market trends and internal data to recommend best practices.
  • Experience managing projects with moderate complexity and resource requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develops complex scope business & marketing plans, assesses market penetration and product positioning to drive competitive advantage, revenue and market share
  • Recommends investment decisions for new product development

Preferred Qualifications

  • 7–10 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
  • Direct, hand-on experience working with semiconductor equipment/tools. Ideal candidates may have previously worked as Field Service Engineers or Process Engineers, where they gained a deep understanding of semiconductor manufacturing environments, tool functionality, and process optimization.

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
