Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a Process Support Engineer who will serve as a critical technical bridge between Korean customers and the HQ Business Unit. This role involves hands-on equipment operation, remote collaboration with HQ, and proactive customer support to ensure optimal tool performance and fast demo cycles.
- Serves as liaison between the customer and the Business Unit for assigned projects, ensuring clear understanding of customer issues and delivery of applicable solutions.
- Operate and maintain equipment installed at the customer site.
- Optimize tool performance to meet customer-specific process and integration requirements.
- Provides highly visible customer support through the performance of on-site installation, as well as overseeing any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems.
- Access BU-based tools remotely to conduct process experiments and collect data.
- Support customer demo preparation by performing pre-validation and feasibility tests.
- Share findings and recommendations with BU teams to align on process strategies.
- Apply conceptual and practical expertise to solve complex process challenges.
