The Product Marketing Manager Neurovascular will lead marketing efforts in Italy and Switzerland, translating EMEA-wide strategies into local impact. Responsibilities include product launches, market positioning, and sales enablement. The role involves developing and executing local marketing strategies, managing product lifecycle, conducting market research, planning and leading congresses and medical education events, building relationships with KOLs, adapting messaging, monitoring product launch performance, and coordinating with vendors. The ideal candidate will have experience in product marketing or sales within the medical devices industry, specifically focusing on neurovascular therapies.
Must have:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
- 3+ years experience in product marketing or sales.
- Established network and knowledge of NV customers.
Good to have:
- MBA or equivalent beneficial.
- Experience in neurovascular field background.

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager Neurovascular, based in the regions of Emilia-Romagna, Lombardy, or Piedmont, to lead marketing efforts across Italy and Switzerland, translating EMEA-wide strategies into meaningful local impact. Your Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute local marketing strategies and campaigns for product launches in close collaboration with the EMEA Neurovascular Marketing team and the Neurovascular Sales Leader
- Manage product lifecycle phases and support pricing and revenue goals with Sales and Pricing teams
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategies and identify local opportunities
- Plan and lead congresses (~20 per year) and Medical Education events (at least 6 annually)
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with KOLs, hospital stakeholders, and external partners, including regular hospital visits
- Adapt messaging and marketing materials to meet local market needs and support sales teams with tools and training
- Monitor product launch performance, provide insights, and report progress to management
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams to ensure brand consistency and regulatory compliance
What We’re Looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or equivalent beneficial
- Ideally 3+ years of experience in product marketing and/or sales within the medical devices industry, with a strong focus on neurovascular therapies
- Alternatively, candidates with a neurovascular field background (e.g. in sales or clinical specialist roles) who bring in-depth market knowledge, established customer networks, and strong motivation to grow into a marketing role are also welcome
- Established network and solid knowledge of NV customers and KOLs; proven experience in KOL management
- Commercial and strategic mindset with strong business acumen
- Strong interest and passion for marketing, with a hunger to achieve and grow
- Fluent English (written and spoken); excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, adaptable and proactive
- Willingness to travel extensively (3-4 days/week) within the assigned region
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
