Are you a motivated and detail-oriented Product Marketing Specialist (m/f/d)? Are you passionate about translating product features into compelling messaging and content? We are currently looking for a Product Marketing Specialist (m/f/d) to join Wolters Kluwer in Germany. In the role you will either be based in our office in Ludwigsburg or Munich, and you will be reporting to Marketing Director of Europe North. You will join a dynamic and engaged marketing team working across borders. You will support the planning and execution of product launches, campaigns, and content that help promote our product offering. You will work closely with Product Management, Sales, and the broader Marketing team to ensure successful execution of our go-to-market activities.
Must have:
  • Assist in planning and coordinating product launches
  • Create sales enablement tools (e.g., presentations, product one-pagers, demo content)
  • Help draft and coordinate product-related content (web pages, case studies, video scripts)
  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather information, update messaging, and ensure assets are up to date
  • Coordinate with Growth Marketing on product campaign execution across multiple channels, focusing on upsell and cross-sell campaigns
  • Assist in producing onboarding materials, tutorials, and in-product communications in collaboration with Customer Success
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role
  • Interest in understanding products, markets, and customer needs
  • Ability to translate technical features into customer benefits
  • Good project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proven track record from writing content for digital channels such as web, email and social media
  • A collaborative mindset
  • Ability to work well with internal stakeholders across departments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German
  • Proficient skills in English

Responsibilities

  • Create sales enablement tools (e.g., presentations, product one-pagers, demo content) in collaboration with product management
  • Help draft and coordinate product-related content (web pages, case studies, video scripts) with content specialists and designers
  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather information, update messaging, and ensure assets are up to date
  • Coordinate with Growth Marketing on product campaign execution across multiple channels, focusing on upsell and cross-sell campaigns.
  • Assist in producing onboarding materials, tutorials, and in-product communications in collaboration with Customer Success

About you
