The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to define scope, writing detailed user stories, leading Agile ceremonies, and acting as a subject matter expert for Acqueon and related contact center technologies. The ideal candidate will manage product roadmaps, analyze metrics, ensure alignment between business and technical goals, and manage risks and dependencies. The role requires a strong understanding of contact center ecosystems, including Twilio, IVR, and chatbots, as well as experience with Jira, Confluence, and analytics platforms.
