Job Description
Zitga Vietnam is seeking a Product Owner to research market trends, user behavior, and competitors to propose new product ideas and features for mobile platforms. The role involves managing the product roadmap and backlog, defining product requirements with BA and UI/UX teams, collaborating with various departments for product implementation and optimization, and monitoring product performance for continuous improvement.
Good To Have:
- Experience in mobile app product development and management
- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio
- Ability to perform A/B testing or other testing methods
Must Have:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as Product Owner or in equivalent positions (Product Executive, Product Analyst…)
- Good product mindset, user-centric, understanding user behavior and psychology
- Experience using analytics tools: Firebase, Google Analytics, Mixpanel
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum product development process, familiar with tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello
- Good communication skills, clear idea transmission; working well with multiple departments
- Organizational and multi-tasking skills (multi-tasking, deadline tracking)
- Good critical thinking, not afraid to challenge for better product

I: Job Description
- Research market, user behavior, and competitors to propose new product ideas, features, or improvements to current products (focusing on mobile platforms).
- Manage Product Roadmap & Backlog: Define development roadmap, prioritize features suitable for business strategy and user needs.
- Define product requirements: Coordinate with BA, UI/UX to ensure complete documentation such as PRD, BRD, SRS, mockup/wireframe, UI/UX design.
- Work closely with stakeholders (Dev, QC, Data, Marketing…) to deploy and optimize products in each phase.
- Monitor product performance: Collect data, evaluate quality after each version, continuously improve to optimize user experience.
