A key aspect is ensuring the user is at the center of all product decisions to foster satisfaction, trust, and long-term customer loyalty. The role requires systematic analysis of needs and problems along the customer journey, translating them into concrete product features. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining a roadmap, prioritizing the product backlog, and ensuring clear alignment with business goals and user needs. The product owner will work closely with the product team and colleagues from various media brands to design cross-brand, user-centric solutions, and collaborate with UX, Engineering, Data, CRM, and Business to support implementation from idea to rollout.
