Job Description

As part of Axel Springer SE’s Global Executive & HR Advisory team, you’ll be part of the strategic center of a modern, data-driven, and people-centered company.   • Coordinate workshops and contribute to projects on AI and leadership.
  • Studying psychology, business, or social sciences with an HR focus (master’s level ideal).
  • First practical experience from internships, preferably in HR or related areas.
  • Confident in using MS Office.
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.

How you'll make an impact:

What you'll need:

  • you are studying psychology, business, or social sciences with a focus on HR, ideally at the master’s level
  • first practical experience from internships, preferably in HR or related areas
  • confident in using MS Office and communicating with different stakeholders
  • curious about using AI tools to enhance and simplify daily work
  • reliable, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • excellent written and spoken German and English skills
