Job Summary

Bonial is a digital advertising partner for offline businesses, helping retailers with marketing and customer acquisition. As a Sales Support Manager for Brands, you will support Key Account Managers in efficiently implementing customer campaigns. This involves planning, reporting, proactive management of advertising materials, coordinating with the graphics team, and ensuring customer goals are met by liaising with internal teams. Bonial is part of Axel Springer SE, operating "kaufDA" and "MeinProspekt" in Germany and "Bonial" in France, connecting millions of users with stores and brands.

Must Have

  • Support Key Account Managers in implementing customer campaigns from planning to successful execution.
  • Create reports and perform initial performance analyses.
  • Proactively ensure all advertising materials are available on time.
  • Accompany the creative process with the graphics team responsible for creating advertising materials.
  • Monitor ongoing campaigns, ensure customer goals, and act as an interface to internal teams.
  • Customer satisfaction is a top priority.
  • Analytical thinking and comfortable working with numbers.
  • Proficiency in MS-Office, especially Excel.
  • Very good German language skills (min. C1) and good English language skills (min. B2).
  • Independent, structured work, maintaining an overview even in intense phases.
  • Teamwork is a matter of course.

Good to Have

  • Initial experience with digital advertising is an advantage, but enthusiasm for the topic is also sufficient.

  • You will create reports and conduct initial performance analyses.
  • You will proactively ensure that all advertising materials are available on time.
  • You will accompany the creative process together with the graphics team, which is responsible for creating the advertising materials.
  • You will monitor ongoing campaigns, ensure customer goals, and act as an interface to internal teams.

Your Profile:

  • Customer satisfaction is your top priority.
  • You think analytically and enjoy working with numbers.
  • You are proficient in MS-Office, especially Excel.
  • You have very good German language skills (min. C1) and good English language skills (min. B2).
