Your future tasks:

• Market, trend, and user behavior analysis to identify product growth points.
• Active collaboration with business analysts, product analysts, designers, and technical teams (iOS/Android/BE/Embedded) for successful implementation of the product strategy.
• Backlog management, prioritizing tasks according to their impact on OKRs, sprint planning, and defining their goals.
• Monitoring the quality of task execution, tracking team progress, participating in Scrum ceremonies, and ensuring the achievement of planned results.

What you will need for this:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in a product team.
• Practical understanding of the product lifecycle — from discovery to scaling.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment and the ability to independently manage roadmaps and product initiatives.
• Experience using product metrics and conducting A/B tests.
• Effective interaction with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and analysts.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts in simple language, facilitate discussions, and make decisions in conditions of uncertainty.
• Upper-Intermediate+ English level.
