Job Description

The Employee Experience Team at BetterMe is seeking an Office & Events Coordinator to ensure the smooth daily operation of the office and organize various events for colleagues. This role involves assisting the Office Manager with office tasks, managing expenses, coordinating with services, and supporting event and merchandise creation, contributing to a positive and motivating work environment where everyone feels valued and motivated to achieve success.
Good To Have:
  • Previous experience in the position of administrator, personal assistant, or office manager.
Must Have:
  • Assist Office Manager in daily office operations (food orders, material control, cleanliness).
  • Meet and accompany company guests.
  • Maintain tables and control office expenses and purchases.
  • Cooperate with courier services.
  • Perform administrative assignments from managers.
  • Search for contractors and suppliers to resolve organizational issues.
  • Assist in organizing events (team buildings, corporate parties, training, wellness activities).
  • Assist in the creation of merchandise.
  • Coordinate minor repair work in the office.
  • Readiness to be in touch on weekends and holidays in critical situations.
  • Experience in the administrative field or a desire to start a career in this field.
  • High level of responsibility and ability to complete tasks on time.
  • High organizational and communication skills, ability to work in a high-paced environment.
  • Reliability and purposefulness.
  • Orientation towards growth within the Employee Experience Team.
  • English Intermediate and above.

Your future tasks:

  • Assisting the Office Manager in ensuring the daily operation of the office (ordering food for the team, controlling the availability of necessary materials, maintaining cleanliness and order).
  • Meeting and accompanying company guests.
  • Maintaining tables and controlling office expenses and purchases.
  • Cooperation with courier services.
  • Performing administrative assignments from managers.
  • Searching for contractors and suppliers to resolve organizational issues.
  • Assisting in organizing events (team buildings, corporate parties, training, wellness activities).
  • Assisting in the creation of merchandise.
  • Coordinating minor repair work in the office.
  • Readiness to be in touch (messengers, phone) on weekends and holidays in critical situations.

What you will need for this?

  • Experience in the administrative field or a desire to start your career in this field;
  • High level of responsibility and ability to complete tasks on time;
  • High organizational and communication skills, ability to work in a high-paced environment;
  • Reliability and purposefulness;
  • Orientation towards growth within the Employee Experience Team;
  • English Intermediate and above.
