Job Summary
The Daily Wire is seeking an Events Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and logistics of a wide range of internal and external events. This role collaborates closely with the Events Manager to ensure all company, production, and employee events are executed with professionalism, efficiency, and strong alignment with the brand, culture, and mission. Key responsibilities include assisting with event timelines, on-site operations, vendor coordination, budget tracking, and cross-team communication to create memorable experiences.
Must Have
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing various internal and external events.
- Prepare event timelines, schedules, travel, and logistical details.
- Support on-site event operations, including setup, breakdown, and vendor coordination.
- Manage vendor communication, contracts, invoicing, and administrative tasks.
- Track event budgets, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain internal calendars, event documentation, and cross-team communication.
- Collaborate with various departments for smooth event execution.
- Provide support for events at the Washington, D.C. office and remotely.
- Serve as HQ events point of contact when Events Manager is traveling.
- 1-2 years experience in event coordination, production, or hospitality.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Capable of working in fast-paced environments and tight deadlines.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort working with internal stakeholders, vendors, and high-profile talent.
- Ability to lift and transport event materials.
- Willingness to travel for select multi-day events.
- Proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs and takes initiative.
- Ability to create memorable experiences professionally.

Job Description
We are seeking an Events Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and logistics of a wide range of internal and external events for The Daily Wire. This role works closely with the Events Manager to ensure all company, production, and employee events are executed with professionalism, efficiency, and a strong alignment with our brand, culture, and mission.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events, including product launches, premieres, employee gatherings, conferences, partner activations, and internal culture events.
- Prepare event timelines, run-of-show documents, schedules, travel arrangements, and other logistical details.
- Support on-site event operations, including setup, breakdown, vendor coordination, guest support, and troubleshooting day-of needs.
- Manage vendor communication, contracts, invoicing, and general administrative tasks.
- Track event budgets, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain internal calendars, event documentation, and cross-team communication.
- Collaborate with departments such as eCommerce, Ad Sales, Production, Talent, and HR to meet event needs and ensure smooth execution.
- Provide support for events at the Washington, D.C. office and assist remotely when needed.
- Serve as the point of contact for HQ events when the Events Manager is traveling.
Experience & Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in event coordination, production support, hospitality, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
- Capable of working in fast-paced environments, shifting priorities, and tight deadlines
- Clear, professional communication skills – both written and verbal
- Comfort working directly with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and high-profile talent
- Ability to lift and transport event materials as needed
- Willingness to travel for select events (including multi-day trips)
- Be a proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs and takes initiative
- Create memorable experiences while representing the company with professionalism
