BetterMe, established in 2017, provides leading physical and mental health solutions for diverse users, aiming to make a healthy lifestyle accessible to all. The Product Owner (Web App) will analyze market and user needs, collaborate with front-end, back-end development, product analytics, designers, and Mobile PO teams to implement product strategy. Key responsibilities include defining work scope, prioritizing backlogs, forming sprints, setting goals, and monitoring task progress and quality, while actively participating in Scrum ceremonies.
Must Have:

  • Define work scope for development teams
  • Prioritize backlog
  • Form sprints and their goals
  • Monitor progress and quality of task execution
  • Achieve iteration goals
  • Participate in Scrum ceremonies
  • 2+ years experience as Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Project Manager
  • Experience with web products
  • Ability to work with product hypotheses and interpret results
  • Experience launching A/B tests
  • Proficiency with GA4 and Amplitude
  • Understanding of web UI/UX principles
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical tasks
  • Understanding of backend technical limitations and APIs
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies
  • Experience with cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Upper-Intermediate English level

Your future tasks:

  • Market and user needs analysis.
  • Collaboration with development teams (front- and back-end), product analysts, designers, and PO Mobile stream to implement the product strategy.
  • Defining the scope of work for development teams, prioritizing the backlog, forming sprints and their goals.
  • Monitoring the progress and quality of task execution, achieving iteration goals, participating in Scrum ceremonies.

What you will need for this:

  • 2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Project Manager position.
  • Experience working with web products.
  • Ability to work with product hypotheses, interpret results, and find optimal solutions to achieve business goals. Experience launching A/B tests.
  • Experience working with analytical tools GA4, Amplitude.
  • Understanding of web UI/UX principles.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications, understanding of backend technical limitations and APIs.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Knowledge and passion for Scrum and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Organizational and analytical skills.
  • English level from Upper-Intermediate.
