Job Description

Everi is seeking a Product Support Special to join their FinTech Operations team. This remote role, based in Las Vegas, involves providing technical instruction and troubleshooting for payment solutions. The specialist will handle customer issues via email, remote access, and phone, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolutions. Candidates should have 2-4 years of technical support experience, strong customer service skills, and familiarity with CRM/ticketing systems, with participation in an on-call rotation required.
Good To Have:
  • Experience with SQL.
  • Compliance and licensing experience.
  • Systems administration or programming experience.
  • Previous experience in casino gaming or the payments industry.
Must Have:
  • Provide technical instruction and troubleshooting support to customers, escalating issues as needed.
  • Understand software & hardware-related user issues and provide tier 1 & 2 troubleshooting.
  • Manage requests from internal and external clients, resolving issues via email, remote access, and telephone.
  • Interact with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and deliver timely responses.
  • Ability to participate in an on-call rotation (2 weeks every 2-3 months).
  • 2-4 years of experience in a technical or software support role.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM and/or Ticketing systems.

What Will You Be Doing?

Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise for the job:

  • 2-4 years of experience working in a technical support or software support role.
  • Experience with SQL is a big plus.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM and/or Ticketing systems.
  • Compliance and licensing experience is a big plus.
  • Able to be a part of an oncall rotation.

The compensation for this role considers a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location at which the position may ultimately be filled. At Everi, it is not typical for all individuals to be hired at or near the end of the range; compensation decisions depend on each case’s facts and circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $31.75 - $38.50/per hour and is overtime eligible.
