Thales is looking for a Product Support Specialist dedicated and detail-oriented Support Specialist to join our team. This role will be crucial in providing administrative support, preparing reports, creating presentations, and assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our support services. We are looking for a proactive problem-solver with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Must have:
  • Compile and analyze data to generate reports.
  • Create and design presentations for stakeholders.
  • Perform various administrative tasks to support the team.
  • Organize and manage tasks efficiently for timely completion.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
  • Communicate updates and important information effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, or related field.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or support role.
  • Knowledge of Cybersecurity topics.
  • Experience with report generation and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Intermediate-advanced English proficiency, oral and written.

Position Summary

We are looking for a proactive problem-solver with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Compile and analyze data to generate reports that provide insights into support operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Create and design presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform various administrative tasks to support the team and enhance productivity.
  • Organize and manage tasks efficiently to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
  • Communicate updates and important information effectively

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field of study; and / or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in a technical support environment.
  • Knowledge of Cybersecurity topics.
  • Experience with report generation and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Intermediate-advanced English proficiency, oral and written.
  • Strong communicator and negotiator, analytical, results-oriented, customer-oriented, a strong time manager, autonomous, honest, and empathetic, strong focus on helping customers and ensuring their satisfaction.
