Job Summary
Job Description
This role involves product validation for Sigirty tools and simulation-related flows in Integrity 3DIC and Allegro. Responsibilities include collaborating with PE and R&D on new features, developing test plans, analyzing existing test suites, and validating code changes. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in high-speed circuit, electromagnetics, and microwave engineering, with knowledge of PCB, advanced packaging, and 3DIC design and simulation. Familiarity with 3D/2.5D/2D electromagnetics and spice simulation tools, along with UNIX, shell, and TCL scripting, is required. The position demands excellent communication and independent work skills.
Must have:
- Product validation of Sigirty tools
- Product validation of simulation-related flows in Integrity 3DIC, Allegro
- Working closely with PE and R&D for new features/enhancements
- Participate in project plans and functional specifications
- Develop test criteria and write test plans
- Assuring the quality of tools by analyzing existing test suites
- Validating code changes and integrating customer cases as part of regression test suite

Requirements
- Freshman with MSEE or 3+ years’ experience with BSEE are preferred
- Solid background in high-speed circuit, electromagnetics, and microwave engineering
- Knowledge of PCB, advanced packaging, and 3DIC design, simulation, and signoff
- Familiar with 3D/2.5D/2D electromagnetics and spice simulation tools
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Working experience with UNIX and knowledge for shell/tcl scripting languages (familiar with Perl and/or python is a plus)
- Should be able to work independently and have adequate personality & communication skills to cooperate with cross functional groups
