Aardman is seeking a Production Coordinator for their latest stop-frame animated series, covering a maternity leave from January to July 2026. This full-time, fixed-term contract role involves coordinating activities within the Art and Design departments, ensuring efficient communication and supporting the Production Manager and Creative Leads. The coordinator will work with a diverse team of artists, including the Production Designer and DMP Artist, to meet tight deadlines in a creative environment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in stop motion animation, particularly on a series, and an understanding of design and art processes.

About The Role

Start Date: Jan 26 – July 26

Full Time: 40 hours per week

Contract: Fixed Term Contract

Salary: Dependant on experience

Location: Aztec West (with some remote working possible)

The Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Production Coordinator to join our latest stop frame animated series.

The purpose of this role will be to coordinate the activities in Art and Design departments on an innovative, vibrant and exciting new stop motion series ensuring efficient communication across the series production and it’s day to day tasks.

The Production Coordinator will work with the Production Manager, Producer and Creative Leads (in Art & Design Departments) to coordinate a talented and exceptional team of artists, you will support the Production Manager to coordinate their activities, helping them to deliver to tight deadlines in a fun, hard working and creative atmosphere. You’ll be working with a diverse team in the Art Department as well as with the Production Designer and DMP Artist.

About You

The Candidate:

The perfect candidate will have previous experience on a stop motion animation project (ideally on a series) as well as an understanding of design & art processes and roles.
