Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Production Coordinator (Dialogue) to support our video game development team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to break into the game industry and gain exposure to many areas of the development process. You will be helping to coordinate, track, and implement a vast amount of dialogue across an expansive new game project.
Must have:
  • Input, integration, and implementation of in-game dialogue and subtitles
  • Act as the bridge between writers, designers and engineers to ensure a seamless dialogue workflow
  • Track dialogue through every step of the pipeline to maximize quality and efficiency
  • Create and maintain clear documentation for dialogue integration pipelines, tool usage and best practices
  • Support voice-over (VO) Production and Localization
  • Help with exporting scripts for writing/recording, generating edit sheets for Audio etc.
  • Help to debug and QA dialogue
  • Test dialogue for flow, timing, audio level etc. to ensure that it is implemented to the highest standards
  • Help to proofread text and subtitles for spelling and punctuation accuracy
  • Provide additional general support for the production team where needed
Good to have:
  • Experience using project management tools (e.g. Jira, ShotGrid)
  • Experience with dialogue integration tools (e.g. Articy)
  • Previous internship or production experience in games, animation, VFX, or a related field

The base pay range for this position is $60,000 to $70,000 per year. Actual compensation is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. We also offer a competitive package of benefits including vacation time, sick time, company holidays, parental leave, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) matching to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
