Job Description

The Production Operator I will be responsible for operating manufacturing, packaging, or weighing equipment in the production areas, following the company's norms and procedures. The operator will autonomously operate production equipment, perform critical analysis of line performance items, and apply problem-solving tools. Must have:
  • High School Diploma.
  • Prior experience with operating factory equipment, particularly in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry.
Good to have:
  • Technical course desirable.
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement processes: TPM, Lean, Kaizen, 5S desirable.

O/A Operador(a) de Produção I será responsável por operar equipamentos de fabricação, embalagem ou pesagem das áreas produtivas, seguindo normas e procedimentos da empresa.

O que você vai fazer:

  • Operar de forma autônoma equipamentos de produção;
  • Realizar análise crítica dos itens de performance da linha e aplicar ferramentas de solução de problemas como mapa de raciocínio lógico, troubleshooting, ACR;
  • Suportar outros operadores e times de produção.
     

O que você precisa ter:

  • Ensino Médio Completo;
  • Experiência anterior com operação de equipamentos fabris, em especial em indústria farmacêutica ou química;
  • Desejável curso técnico;
  • Desejável conhecimento em processos de melhoria contínua: TPM, Lean, Kaizen, 5S.
