El Supervisor de Mantenimiento, será responsable por liderar las estrategias para la ejecución del mantenimiento de los equipos productivos, para asegurar la continuidad de la operación, la calidad de los productos y la seguridad de los operadores y personal de mantenimiento, por medio de la optimización de los recursos y el cumplimiento de las políticas y estándares de GSK.
El rol tiene impacto directo hora por hora la ambición de la estrategia de GMS para alcanzar los tres ceros en Accidentes, Defectos y Desperdicio, es un rol clave para asegurar la estrategia de negocio a través de un equipo comprometido, motivado y capaz.
