Finance Intern

Your role:

Project Management:
- Coordinate team projects and ensure adherence to timelines and deliverables.
- Track project progress and provide updates to stakeholders.

Administrative & Team Support:
- Schedule and manage meetings, ensuring alignment with deadlines and priorities.
- Maintain and update team documentation, project plans, and shared resources.

Process Coordination:
- Act as a liaison between finance and other teams to ensure timely flow of information.
- Support process optimization by identifying bottlenecks or areas for improvement.

You're the right fit if:

• Working or studying experience in Accounting, Finance, Financial Planning and Analysis, Financial Modeling, Financial Control, Management Reporting and Analysis or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions) and familiarity with financial systems or ERPs (SAP is a plus).
• Advance digital and automation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Power Query, Power Automate, etc.)
• Detail-oriented, with strong analytical, problem-solving and data analysis skills.
• Intermetdiate English both verbal and written.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
