The Customer Success Partner will support Sales Representatives with strategic Chinese-speaking customers. This includes aligning on goals, building trust-based relationships, balancing sales and service activities, understanding customer needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves resolving issues, coordinating cross-functional teams, and managing commercial processes. The candidate will collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery and act as a liaison between the company and clients. This position requires strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach to manage and resolve customer issues.
Must have:
  • 3+ years of professional experience in a similar logistics role.
  • Familiarity with transportation and logistics product features.
  • Professional English and Chinese language proficiency.
  • Native Vietnamese/Thais level proficiency.
  • Understanding and addressing customer needs.
  • Skills in presentation and Excel for information conveyance.
  • Ability to work across departments and meet deadlines.
  • Process-oriented mindset and team player.
  • Ability to analyze and address challenges proactively.

Key Responsibilities

1. Trusted Partnership:

  • Collaborate closely with Sales Representatives, providing them with the support needed in handling strategic Chinese-speaking customers.
  • Ensure internal alignment on customer’s goals and marketing strategies.
  • Cultivate long-term, trust-based relationships with our valued customers, to maximize growth & positive logistics experiences.
  • Effectively manage your time and priorities to balance sales and customer service activities.

2. Customer Centricity and Issue Resolution:

  • Understand Chinese-speaking customer needs in a way that relevant to Maersk products and solutions to offer optimal support.
  • Retain existing customer success metrics as directed.
  • Collaborate smooth implementation, execution, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Address any customer pain points promptly.
  • Timely resolve issues by leveraging cross functional teams.

3. Commercial Process Management:

  • Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with various departments such as Customer Service, Products, Legal, and Finance to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Serve as a liaison between the company and Chinese-speaking clients, ensuring clear and effective communication on operational related matters.

Critical Competencies

  • At least 03 years' professional working experience at similar position(s) in the logistics industry
  • Familiarity with transportation & logistics product features and benefits.
  • Language Proficiency: Professional English level AND professional Chinese level AND Native Vietnamese/Thais level
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Understand and address customer needs.
  • Presentation and Excel skills: Ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Influencing and Stakeholder Management: Comfortable working across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Process-oriented mindset.
  • Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities.
  • Problem-solving skills: Ability to efficiently analyze and address challenges with a proactive approach, demonstrating critical thinking, self-reliance, and effective teamwork.
