Kolibri Games seeks a Creative Marketing Lead to spearhead the creation and strategy of impactful user acquisition and marketing assets for its mobile game portfolio. This role involves overseeing a team of playable ad developers, motion designers, and artists, collaborating with user acquisition experts, and executing data-driven creative strategies. Responsibilities include overseeing creative production, leading and managing a team, managing external relationships, analyzing campaign performance, developing new creative concepts, and collaborating with other teams. The ideal candidate possesses at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Must have:
- 3+ years experience in marketing/performance creative role
- Lead creative team (motion designers, playable ad developers, 2D/3D artists)
- Oversee creative production process from ideation to execution
- Strong analytical skills & data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication & collaboration skills (English proficiency)
Good to have:

Creative Marketing Lead (f/m/d)
We are seeking a Creative Lead to drive the creation and strategy of impactful user acquisition and marketing assets for our mobile gaming portfolio. You will oversee a talented team of playable ad developers, motion designers, and artists. In collaboration with user acquisition experts, you will shape and execute data-driven creative strategies, leveraging performance insights and market trends to produce engaging ads that captivate global audiences.
This role requires a balance of creative vision, operational excellence, and strategic thinking to elevate the quality of marketing assets continually.

Responsibilities
- Oversee creative production from analysis and ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with user acquisition strategies and business goals.
- Lead and manage an advertising team of creative professionals, fostering talent growth through recruitment, coaching, and mentorship.
- Effectively manage relationships with freelancers and external agencies, ensuring seamless communication and high-quality deliverables.
- Analyze the performance of creative campaigns and assets, using data to refine strategies and improve KPIs.
- Drive the development of new creative concepts and approaches. Generate innovative ideas and solutions, with a strong understanding of current mobile game marketing trends and a passion for games and creative design
- Collaborate with the user acquisition, ASO and product teams.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a marketing or performance creative role.
- Proven experience leading a creative team of 3+ members, including motion designers, playable ad developers, and 2D/3D artists; experience managing external freelancers and creative agencies is a plus.
- Expertise in overseeing the entire creative production process, from analysis and ideation to final execution, across multiple projects.
- Strong analytical skills with a background in market research, data-driven decision-making, and performance tracking.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
