Job Description

As a Program Manager III at Google Search, you'll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects involving Salesforce software platforms. Responsibilities include designing and delivering optimized program communication plans, anticipating change management requirements, building stakeholder relationships, managing tool escalations, and scoping the impact of policy and regulatory changes. You'll work with cross-functional teams across various offices and time zones. The role requires experience with Salesforce, launching features, and managing cross-functional projects. A strong understanding of corporate compliance is preferred. The goal is to deliver solutions that benefit a global audience.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Experience launching features to consumers through front-end software development or back-end platform development.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience supporting regulatory compliance initiatives.
  • Knowledge and understanding of corporate compliance program requirements and best practices and methodologies.
  • Excellent thought-leadership, relationship building, and management skills with internal stakeholders and external partners.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $139,000-$207,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver optimized program communication plans including executive and key partner communications. 
  • Anticipate change management requirements that are required by program stakeholders.
  • Build relationships with program stakeholders, including managing expectations of senior cross-functional leads, and ensure they have the insights they need to make decisions.
  • Manage tool escalations and triage requests for new features, including audit compliance initiatives.
  • Scope impact of policy and regulatory changes to existing and new products and product features.
