The Business Unit Tax & Accounting Software develops and sells products for tax and accounting professionals. Our BU offers a wide range of software solutions: ERP software; accounting, financial and tax advisory, and practice management software.
We are seeking a strategic and customer-centric Senior Product Portfolio Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in shaping our product and service offerings, ensuring they are aligned with customer needs and market trends.
You will play a key role in driving innovation, value creation, and digital transformation across our portfolio.
Develop and maintain a robust customer segmentation framework. Ensure our product and service offerings are tailored to meet the specific needs of each segment, enhancing relevance and customer satisfaction. This includes the setup of a segmentation model, building on our current model, and operationalizing it to provide unique offers to different segments. You will be responsible to align offers with segment needs, building the appropriate value proposition and bringing it to market together with the respective product managers.
Define and manage a clear, cohesive portfolio of products and services. Align offerings with a compelling value proposition that supports our strategic objectives and resonates with our target segments. This includes coaching your fellow product managers into a value proposition mindset and guiding the process to transform our current offerings into winning value propositions.
Lead the strategy and execution of our digital portal, the cornerstone of our cloud-based solutions. Ensure the portal delivers a seamless, scalable, and value-driven experience for our customers.
Establish and own the co-creation process with customers. Facilitate collaborative innovation to ensure our solutions are continuously evolving in line with real-world needs and feedback.
You are flexible to work one day per week from our offices in Mechelen, next to that you can work from our offices in Gent, Mechelen or Hasselt in combination with the flexibility to work from home (60%).
