As a Product Adoption Project Manager, you will lead critical programs across Sales and Field Engineering, translating product and field priorities into actionable GTM programs. Mission

As a Product Adoption Project Manager, you will lead design and execution for critical programs across Sales and Field Engineering. Partnering with Adoption Architects and cross-functional stakeholders in GTM, Product, and Operations, you will translate product and field priorities into actionable programs that drive key KPIs. You will manage end-to-end project delivery—clarifying outcomes, planning milestones, and ensuring timely execution—while applying project management best practices. Your ability to work through ambiguity, make informed decisions with incomplete data, and tailor your approach based on stakeholder dynamics will be essential. Success in this role also requires building strong relationships in a remote environment and adapting effectively to change. This position reports to the Senior Manager of Field Engineering Strategic Initiatives and is open to remote candidates in the US and Canada.

  • Promote efficiency through standard cadences, process improvements, and reduced silos.
  • Communicate progress and iterate based on stakeholder feedback and evolving needs.

  • 3+ years of experience in program or product operations, project leadership, or GTM roles in high-growth tech environments.
  • Proven ability to lead complex programs at scale in fast-paced, data-driven settings.
  • Strong communication skills with a talent for simplifying complex topics for diverse audiences.
  • Operational mindset with experience in system-level design and process improvement.
  • Skilled in change management, stakeholder engagement, and remote collaboration.
  • Familiarity with SaaS, technical sales, or similar GTM motions.
  • Bachelor's degree or PMP certification; quarterly travel.

The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents the expected salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, anticipates utilizing the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.
