Job Description

The Project Management Associate will provide administrative support to projects in an international environment, monitoring and aligning sample order management, and ensuring budget transparency through regular reporting. The role involves updating project data, organizing meetings, and supporting the Project Manager in daily tasks, including change management. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and at least 2 years of experience are required, along with advanced Excel skills and proficiency in English and German.
Must have:
  • Provide administrative support to projects under the direction of project management professionals in an international environment.
  • Monitor and actively align between different stakeholders of sample order management.
  • Assure the necessary transparency by monitoring and regular reporting of budget situation in projects and development account.
  • Update and structure the project data and assure the proper transfer of all necessary documents and information.
  • Organize regular project meetings and support the Project Manager in daily tasks.
  • Align the project information and documents with all stakeholders.
  • Support in topics regarding Change Management.
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience.
  • Work with Microsoft Excel at an advanced level.
  • Previous experience in working with order management systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
  • Good level of English (mandatory).
  • Good level of German (mandatory).

Job Description

  • You will be providing administrative support to projects under the direction of project management professionals in an international environment;
  • You will monitor and actively align between different stakeholders of sample order management;

  • You are going to update and structure the project data and assure the proper transfer of all necessary documents and information between Project Manager and Acquisition Manager;
  • You will be organizing regular project meetings and supporting the Project Manager in daily tasks;
  • You are going to align the project information and documents with all stakeholders.
  • You are going to support in topics regarding Change Management

Qualifications

Who you are:

  • You have a Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related fields;
  • You have at least 2 years of experience;
  • You can work with Microsoft Excel at an advanced level;
  • You have previous experience in working with order management systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.);
