Job Description
This Project Manager II role at Silicon Labs involves managing projects of moderate complexity within the IoT space. The responsibilities include developing and maintaining detailed project plans, coordinating resources and tasks, monitoring progress, working with cross-functional teams, applying project management methodologies, and addressing any project issues. This role requires someone who can ensure project success. The individual will receive general instructions for routine tasks and detailed instructions for new assignments. This role is crucial for ensuring quality and delivery within the company's IoT business.
Good To Have:
- Good written and verbal communications skills.
- Knowledge of modern project management tools (Confluence, Jira, MS Project, etc.)
- Ability to manage project resources and timelines effectively
- General understanding and/or hands-on experience in hardware development or integrated circuits development flows a plus.
Must Have:
- 3+ years of industry experience with a technology-related degree.
- 2+ years of proven experience in a Project or Program Management role.

- Manages the execution of projects with moderate complexity. Responsible for planning, monitoring, and controlling project activities to meet project objectives.
- Develops and maintains detailed project plans.
- Coordinates project resources and tasks.
- Monitors and reports project progress to stakeholders.
- Works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Applies project management methodologies to achieve project goals.
- Identifies and addresses project issues.
- Contributes to the improvement of project management processes.
- Receives general instructions on routine work and detailed instructions on new assignments.
- Other duties as required.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, or other technology-related degree with 3+ years of industry experience
- 2+ years of proven experience in a Project or Program Management role
