Job Description

Agate is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager Intern to assist in game production. Responsibilities include facilitating daily huddles, scheduling meetings, supporting internal activities, and providing administrative documentation. The ideal candidate is a current university student or fresh graduate with strong communication skills, interested in project management, and willing to work in a hybrid setup for a minimum of three months.

  • Familiarity with basic tools like Teams, Notion, Jira, or Asana.
Must Have:
  • Assist in facilitating daily huddles (prepare agenda, take notes, follow up).
  • Schedule internal and external meetings as needed.
  • Support preparation for internal activities (team building, sharing sessions, etc.).
  • Help with light documentation (meeting recaps, progress updates).
  • Provide administrative support to the Producer.
  • Current university student or fresh graduate.
  • Interested in project management or game production.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Organized and detail-oriented in notetaking and scheduling.
  • Proactive and eager to learn.
  • Willing to work in a hybrid setup (3 WFO, 2 WFH).
  • Able to commit to a minimum internship period of three months.
