This is a leader position supporting the division manager and leading on-site operations and project promotion in the first offline flagship store business of Qoo10, an online shopping mall operated by eBay Japan. The role involves leading strategy execution and on-site operations while coordinating team members to achieve an OMO experience that integrates online and offline.
Job Responsibilities
Store Operations and Execution Promotion
- Lead the implementation of business strategies at the on-site level.
- Optimize store operations (sales, customer service, VMD, inventory management).
Team Management
- Provide guidance, training, and evaluation for store staff (sales associates, operations personnel, etc.).
- Set target KPIs and drive team achievement.
- Lead problem-solving as a coordinator between departments.
Marketing and Customer Experience
- Promote OMO-type initiatives (member linkage, events, campaigns) in collaboration with the online business division.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback, and provide service improvement suggestions to the manager.
- Plan and operate customer acquisition and sales promotion activities using SNS and in-store events.
External Collaboration and Partner Relations
- Daily coordination and negotiation with client brands and suppliers.
- Implement new brand introductions and sales promotion measures in collaboration with each brand company.
Numerical Management
- Manage the progress of store sales, inventory, and expenses.
- Execute efficient operations based on budget plans.
- Report performance results to the manager and propose improvement actions.
Required Application Requirements
- Retail industry management experience (5+ years)
- Experience managing approximately 10 people as a team leader or store manager
- Experience being responsible for achieving sales and KPIs
- Work experience in the cosmetics field
- Experience dealing with offline cosmetics wholesalers
- University graduate or higher

- Experience implementing OMO (Online Merges Offline) store measures in conjunction with e-commerce
- Experience coordinating with Korean brands and overseas business partners
- Business level English or Korean language skills
