Project Marketing Manager

Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re hiring for a hybrid opportunity. This is a 6+ month opportunity with a leading financial services company.

In this role, you’ll join the Project Workflow Team to manage multiple creative projects from initiation through production across a variety of channels, including email, direct mail, social media, video, and photography. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage tight deadlines across multiple projects. The position is 40 hours per week and hybrid onsite.

Responsibilities:

• Review all project requests and creative briefs to ensure sufficient details, including asset sizes and specs, are provided.
• Proactively manage milestones throughout the project lifecycle by creating detailed schedules.
• Keep all Project Members and Stakeholders informed of their project status.
• Partner with internal teams and external vendors to request cost estimates for printing and production services (e.g., printed brochures, signage, video, and photo services).
• Collaborate with the Asset Librarian and Creative Team on final archiving of approved assets within the DAM.

Qualifications:

• 4 Year Degree (BS/BA).
• 4-5 years of related experience working in a Project/Production Management capacity on a Creative Team.
• Knowledge of print production, digital media, and web development.
• Comfortable working in a PC/Windows environment.
• Experience using Aprimo, MS Office, Excel, Adobe Creative Suite, HTML.
• Experience coordinating Direct Mail and Email campaigns, as well as Video and Photography projects.
