We are Devoteam, an AI-driven tech consultancy with over 11,000 tech experts, spread across 25 countries in Europe and the Middle East. Within the Public Consulting unit, we carry out assignments in the field of Service Management, AI-driven tech consulting, change management, interim/project management, IT Business consulting and Functional chain management. Our public consultants operate in the areas of organizational change, information provision, process optimization and efficiency in business operations. We carry out our assignments within the entire public sector and have a special focus on the chains of the social domain (WMO, Youth Care and Participation).

Binnen Devoteam Nederland werken wij in verschillende sectoren vanuit 5 units. Binnen de unit Public Consulting voeren wij opdrachten uit op het gebied van Service Management, AI-driven tech consulting, verandermanagement, interim/projectmanagement, IT Business consultancy en Functioneel ketenbeheer. Onze public consultants acteren op het gebied van organisatieverandering, informatievoorziening, procesoptimalisatie en efficiency in de bedrijfsvoering. Wij voeren onze opdrachten uit binnen de gehele publieke sector en hebben daarbinnen een speciale focus op de ketens van het sociaal domein (WMO, Jeugdzorg en Participatie).
