Job Description

Do you believe that AI and Copilot can make organizations' work smarter and faster? That everyone can benefit from the power of AI, provided they know how to use it? Then you can help us and our customers further!

We are looking for a Microsoft Copilot Trainer who guides organizations in the adoption of Copilot and AI in their daily work. You will be part of our multidisciplinary M Cloud team, where Cloud, Data, and AI experts collaborate to make companies future-proof with Microsoft technologies.

In this role, you design and provide training, workshops, and hands-on sessions for our customers. You show employees how to effectively use Copilot in their own work environment, from Office applications to collaboration tools. Additionally, you create inspiring content and practical examples with which organizations discover the possibilities of AI and apply them directly. In this way, you play a key role in how companies embrace AI and Copilot and start working with them daily.

Job Requirements

• You have practical experience with Microsoft 365 and working with Copilot in tools such as Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
• You are familiar with adoption and change processes and know how to guide users in embracing new technology
• You enjoy switching between inspiring high-level examples and concrete hands-on exercises for end-users
• You have a curious mindset and continuously delve into the latest AI and Copilot functionalities within the Microsoft environment
• You possess relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365 Fundamentals or AI-related certifications, or are willing to obtain them
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and oral
