Job Description

Will you be our new Digital Strategy Consultant?

Are you a driven consultant with a passion for digital transformation? Do you want to help leading organizations fully utilize their digital potential, from strategy to successful implementation? Then Devoteam is looking for you!

As a Digital Strategy Consultant at Devoteam, you get the unique opportunity to shape complex projects and develop innovative solutions for a wide range of clients. You combine your expertise in digital methodologies with your ability to build strong relationships and guide teams.

• Shape and manage digital transformation projects, from strategy definition to implementation and follow-up.
• Develop and present value propositions and innovative solutions for clients in diverse sectors.
• Conduct digital maturity assessments, identify areas for improvement, and define transformation roadmaps.
• Evaluate and implement emerging digital technologies, such as cloud and AI.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
• Contribute to the development of thought leadership within Devoteam.
• Stay informed about trends and best practices in digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, Technology or a related field. A Master's degree in relevant areas (MBA, MSc) is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in management consultancy, with a focus on digital transformation.
• Expertise in digital transformation methodologies (Lean, Agile, Design Thinking).
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), data analysis, and automation tools.
• Strong communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to deliver results, manage stakeholders, and adapt to changes.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and oral.
