The ideal candidate is proficient in Excel, content management, is highly organized, and has a creative mindset for developing promotional strategies.

Key Accountabilities:

Plan and Execute Daily Promotions:

  • Develop, Configure and implement daily promotional campaigns
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure promotions align with business goals and brand standards.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of promotions and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Oversee the promotional budget and stay within guidelines

CMS Management:

  • Update, configure and maintain promotional content on the website using a CMS (Content Management System).
  • Ensure that promotional materials are accurately displayed, current, and optimized for customer engagement.
  • Banner Scheduling:
  • Coordinate the scheduling of banners and promotional assets across digital platforms.
  • Work with design teams to ensure banners are visually compelling and aligned with marketing campaigns.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Use Excel to track, analyse, and report on the performance of promotions, including sales impact, traffic, and conversion rates.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data and player segmentation to optimize future promotions.
  • Collaboration & Coordination:
  • Liaise with the account management, player support, and product teams to ensure promotions are integrated seamlessly across the customer journey.
  • Work with external vendors or partners for cross-promotional opportunities.
  • Budget & Timeline Management:
  • Assist in managing the promotions budget, ensuring campaigns are cost-effective and within budget.
  • Ensure all promotional campaigns are delivered on time and meet pre-set deadlines.
  • Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify promotional trends and competitive activity.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelors degree in related field.

Years of Related Experience

Years of experience 3-5 years+

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in Lottery, Casino, Sportsbetting, retail, e-commerce, or consumer goods.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables, and basic formulas.
  • Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Magento) and scheduling tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
