What You’ll Do
Manage inbound sales inquiries as well as outbound leads, offering information about our solutions and services to our prospective providers, guiding them through the sales process
Meet/Exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
Build and maintain relationships with prospects and partners to ensure high levels of satisfaction and results
Utilize CRM to track activities, updates customer information and report back on sales metrics
Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize the sales process and achieve collective goals
Maintain awareness of and ensure adherence to Zelis Company Policies and Procedures

Proven experience in sales, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

Well-built organizational skills as well as resourcefulness and consistency
