PTP Junior Analyst

Your Role

• Contact with internal customer and external suppliers
• Drive and manage relationships with all parties
• Respond to queries according to defined KPIs
• Analyze documents and data in several accounting systems
• Support Invoice processing Activities (reviewing data, ensuring compliance)
• End-to-end control on key suppliers
• Proactive approach to performed tasks - analyzing supplier issues to identify root causes and propose corrective actions

Your Background

• Good command of English language  
• Working knowledge of MS Office (in particular Excel)
• Ability to manage issues and seek resolution
• reliable, accurate in observing work instructions
• Good communication and customer service skills
