Responsibilities:
- Perform the calculation of the IMSS-Infonavit settlement and back up the payment support with its verifications (reconciliation in Excel and IDSE confrontation).
- Review of base contribution salaries:
- Integration factors.
- Bimonthly variables.
- Capture of Infonavit movements, retentions, suspensions, and modifications, from 2 sources:
- Notices sent by the plants weekly.
- Bimonthly credit reconciliation of our database against the EBA.
- Weekly prepare Infonavit refund or adjustment memos for payroll processing, including adjustments for terminated employees.
- Review, analysis, and clearance of payment requirements that arrive at the plants from IMSS and Infonavit or that are detected through the portal (including constitutive capitals).
- Every quarter, follow up on risk premium cases, in order to perform the calculation and presentation to IMSS.
- In February, calculate and present the annual determination of the risk premium.
Skills and knowledge:
- Completed degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or similar administrative field.
- 2-3 years of experience in finance and/or accounting.
- Handling of IMSS, SUA, Sipare platforms.
- Handling of MS-Office systems. Preferably intermediate or advanced Excel level.
- Preferably knowledge of a Payroll system (Tress, PeopleNet, NomiPaq, etc.)
- Knowledge of the LFT, Infonavit Law and Social Security Law and their regulations.
