- Define, implement, and lead technical and resource productivity actions aligned with annual budget requirements
- Support the commodity/segment organization to achieve the negotiation objectives required in the budget
- Actively participate in the MSC committee by proposing productivity actions and encouraging supplier participation to propose ideas
- Create the annual budget and define the plan and specific timing for each action included in it
