Commercial Consultant for Psychometric Assessments:

We are looking for a talented individual to join our Marsh McLennan team. This position will be based in Mexico City. It is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.

This position involves managing assessments, collaborating with sales professionals, seeking new clients and business opportunities, and explaining our portfolio to clients. The ideal person will have experience in sales, assessments, and client relationship management, contributing to the growth of our assessment offerings.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing and promoting our assessment products to clients and prospects.
• Conducting meetings to identify client needs and present customized solutions.
• Developing new business opportunities and expanding our client base.
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Staying informed about assessment tools and industry trends.
• Collaborating with team members to achieve sales goals and improve processes.

What you need to have:

• Completed Bachelor's degree.
• 2-3 years of experience in sales or client management.
• Knowledge in assessment batteries, Office suite, CRM systems, and intermediate English level.
• Ability to work in a hybrid scheme (3 days in the office, 2 days remote).
