We are looking for candidates for a Consultant located in Puerto Madero - Buenos Aires, Argentina. This role involves participating in the execution and development of consulting projects in talent strategies, engagement, transformation, and compensation across LATAM. You will analyze and manage data to generate insights, integrate multidisciplinary knowledge, and collaborate in project management to ensure quality and objectives are met.

We will count on you to:

  • Participate in the execution and development of consulting projects in talent strategies, engagement, transformation, and compensation, adapting to different types of clients and sectors across LATAM.
  • Analyze and manage relevant data to generate insights that support decision-making and the design of effective solutions for clients.
  • Integrate multidisciplinary knowledge (communication, strategy, innovation, human resources, digital) to contribute to the creation of frameworks, employee journeys, and value propositions.
  • Collaborate in project management and coordination, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and defined objectives.
  • Work as a team to strengthen internal capabilities, share best practices, and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Adapt to different project contexts and requirements, demonstrating flexibility and rapid learning ability.

What do you need to have?

  • Professional in Business Administration, industrial engineering, or related fields.
  • English: Intermediate or Portuguese (plus).
  • At least 3 years of experience in consulting.
  • Proficiency in data tools such as advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI.
